Keep calling for a refund and they keep telling they’re going to call back and don’t. They say I have to wait for a check because I have cash. Called corporate and gave names but they also told me they can’t do anything. DONT LEAVE CASH DEPOSITS THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN GET IT ASAP BUT MAKE YOU WAIT FOR NO REASON. Arturo and Kevin are the ones that gave me this bad experience.
My salesman Kevin was amazing. I was amazed at the customer service I received being that I had been to prior dealerships and been disappointed . Sanger chevrolet Gmc changed that feeling immediately! Left them extremely happy and with a vehicle! I also loved keeping my buisness im my community as well
The problem was first described as a warranty issue with a 7–10 day repair. Two weeks later, I was told it was rodent damage (non-warranty) and wouldn’t provide an estimated time it would be finished.
Three separate times, I was told I’d receive a call back and never did. One of those times, the service rep was unreachable for four business days and no one else could give me an update.
I was told different things each time I called, including conflicting statements about whether or not I was on the courtesy list for a loaner car.

My Name Mike I drove to Sanger from Merced to buy to Chevy Silverado. It was worth the drive.The young man Kevin the salesman did great job working with me!! I would give it a zero star if I could all because of the service department. John has been our service advisor on both issues I've had on the truck and issues with our car as well. Every single time he's been extremely rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Hee doesn't belong behind the desk at any service counter.
They took all my info, ran my credit and we reached a deal. Truck was said to “be in the back”. Deal was made, all except for papers signed… on my way to get the truck, they called and said they sold it. Promised the deal, but did not keep their word. Bad dealer. I would avoid these people, they are shady for sure.
The service department tried to scam me with a pair of rotars that had to be ordered from Michigan and charge 1000. I took it to my mechanic and he turned the rotars and they are like brand new for 180. The car has 22k miles on it less than a year old. Terrible service department
Your dealership is outstanding from the employees answering the phone to your service writer Dan are top notch. I took my vehicle in there for the first time and got outstanding service from everyones involved what a credit to your establishment if it wasn’t for Dan directing me to my extended warranty 40 mile range policy I would of had it service there and cost me thousand of dollar which after reading the policy that Dan suggested was covered under my warranty what a outstanding staff you have in these days of deception and non caring staff you should be ... I sold a car to the used car department, and it took way to long for them to process and write me a check. I would never again sell them a used car without them having a check ready to go.
5 STARS ISN'T ENOUGH! I'D GIVE 1000 IF I COULD! I cannot even put into words how amazing Dan O. is in the service department. Literally the most attentive, detailed, kindest, most caring about customers service advisor/writer we have EVER had at ANY dealership in our lives. Our most recent service experience was today, he went above and beyond to take care of us. Never once did myself or my husband feel like we were not taken care of.
